Team Shifty

Team Shifty is a team-driven program to improve communication. Together, you’ll build a community of practice with a shared language, useful tools and a collaborative approach.

It’s done within the team, by the team, on the job – integrated into your meetings and everyday work.

The team participates in a series of Culture Conversations called Shifty Moments, for which we provide the agendas and the resources. To prepare for each meeting, they watch one Episode of Bullshift TV.

You don’t need an external facilitator – you’ll do that role yourselves. The program encourages and supports each manager to be a Cultural Leader and empowers the team to co-create a culture of conscious communication, one conversation at a time.
