About Bullshift

Andrew Horabin is a professional speaker, facilitator, comedian and author. He started his first business in 1993, aged 18. Since then he has worked with tens of thousands of people in hundreds of organisations across Australia and overseas.

He wrote the first version of Bullshift in 2008, inspired by experiences in all those workplaces and motivated by a desire to live a more honest life. The Bullshift Company was founded in 2015 when Andrew teamed up with fellow comedian Malcolm Dix to learn and teach the Bullshift Principles and Habits through humour.

The Bullshift Company has an HQ team in Fremantle, Western Australia, and a wonderful network of creative collaborators with whom we’ve produced an online series called Bullshift TV and more great resources you can find in The Shift Shed.

Most adults spend a lot of time at work - and at The Bullshift Company, we believe in making that experience more meaningful and enjoyable by consciously improving communication.

Poor communication leads to a lot of conflict, stress and waste - and so often the issues could’ve been avoided if we’d just communicated better, earlier. As one of our program participants put it: “Communication is the crux of so many problems that didn’t even need to be problems.”
